Course Description
This 2-hour Business Practices CEU is designed for small construction business owners, sole proprietors, and owner-operators looking to strengthen both their businesses and their long-term financial security. The presentation will explore how benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and disability coverage can support business growth, protect income, and help attract and retain employees.
For sole proprietors in particular, the business often serves as the foundation of the financial plan. Attendees will learn practical strategies for using the business to build personal wealth, prepare for unexpected events, and plan for the future, including retirement, succession, or an eventual business transition.
